With the creation of the Security Twits list in 2007, the information security community started to come together.
The first Security Sociability Happy Hour was held at RSA Conference in 2008
Information Security professionals from all levels and walks of life who communication on social media daily have the opportunity to meet in person to network, relax, and share ideas at SecSocial events. Though ongoing social media connections, the community provides for strong collaboration and ongoing education for all.
